Project Management through PRIMAVERA P6

This course is designed for working supervisors, executive and managers who need to learn project management. Upon the completion of the course participant is expected to acquire enough knowledge to plan, implement and manage project along with project progress tracking through the software package PRIMAVERA P6. Although project may have various natures, sizes, forms and duration, the practical session using an actual project scenario will reinforce learning and build a strong foundation. The basic concepts and foundation can then be adopted by the participants to any of the project that he/she would undertake.
