pRANK - Prion Ranking and Classification

pRANK is a method for prediction of prion forming proteins and localization of their prion domains. High pRANK score indicates a higher likelihood of the input protein being a protein. pRANK also predicts the position of a 20-residue window containing the most likely prion forming domain in the protein.
