Application scope: Proteins of a breast tissue are associated with cancer disease. The predictor predicts the breast cancer using high performing pseudo amino acid composition series-correlation based feature space of protein. If the query protein is known not a breast tissue protein, please stop prediction because the result obtained will not make any sense. Can-MTDRF is featured by combining the diffuse minority over-sampling technique of Mega-Trend-Diffusion (MTD) and Random Forest (RF) with protein discriminant information sequence features (pseudo amino acid composition-series). Fig.1 below illustrates the detail block diagram of Can-MTDRF.
