The Objective and Thrust of the Department
|

The Department of Communication and Management Sciences (DCMS) furthers the mission of PIEAS to impart academic excellence not only to produce competent engineers and medical doctors, proficient scientists and researchers, but also to produce individuals who can provide effective leadership at all levels, personnel with a groomed intellectual and emotional understanding of the organizational and global challenges in the face of volatile technologies, fragile economies and trading societies.
The objectives of the department are to:

PAEC Officers:
Nominations are invited every year in November - December. For participation in SOMCs and BMCs scheduled during the year 2014, nominations are invited. (Download the invitation letter). Nomination Forms are required to be submitted (in Excel format) before Thursday, 12 December 2013. Please visit the relevant course pages (links shown above) for schedule and nomination form.
Only the officers who have been promoted to SPS-X and -XI on or after 01 Dec 2008 need to apply for the relevant course.
NESCOM, KRL, PNRA and SUPARCO Officers:
Nominations are also invited from the officers of these Commissions (Download the invitation letter). Officers from NESCOM, KRL, PNRA and SUPARCO need to contact the HRD centers of the respective Commissions for forwarding their names to PIEAS. With the consent of the respective HRD, please fill in and send us the Nomination Form (in Excel format). Please visit the relevant Course page (links given above).
