Each Course day is divided into three sessions. So, ideally, SOMC comprises 180 sessions.

Any Participant who misses more than FIFTEEN SESSIONS of Course Study (for official reasons or otherwise, whether with prior permission or otherwise) would be liable to be withdrawn from the course. Genuineness of reason for absence cannot compensate for the loss of learning, hence no exceptions would be allowed.

Any participants who misses more than 15 minutes of a session (at a stretch or in parts) would be liable to be marked ABSENT from the session, even if the attendance sheet has been signed by the participant.

Certificates of Appreciation would be awarded to the participants availing at the most three sessions of leave.

All Strategic Commissions support their respective participating officers.

With the kind advice and support of Chairman PAEC, NEW-1 Rest House, (Plot No. 234, Street 7, I-9/2 Industrial Area,) Islamabad accommodates PAEC Officers arriving from other cities. PIEAS Transport caters pick/ drop service to such officers from NEW-1 Hostel only.

Note 1: Payment is required only after registration is confirmed by PIEAS.
Note 2: Preferabe mode of payment is through cheque or demand draft drawn in favor of Head LAO, PIEAS.
Note 3: Payment cheque/ draft may be sent/ delivered to Head DCMS, PIEAS, Nilore, Islamabad.

PAEC Officers: Only the officers who have been promoted to SPS-XI on or after 01 Dec 2008, and have yet to complete the Senior Officers Management Course, have been registered.

NESCOM, KRL, and SUPARCO Officers: Officers in promotion bracket (±1 year, SPS-XI) from these Strategic Commissions need to contact the HRD centers of the respective Commissions.

Registration of PAEC Officers in SOMCs during 2014 is complete. Officers from NESCOM, KRL, SUPARCO and PNRA can download the Nomination Form. After consulting their respective HRDs, the filled forms (in Excel format) may be emailed to jahmed@pieas.edu.pk.
